Shipping Rates
PHP 100 for Metro Manila orders (1-2 days lead time)
PHP 150 for provincial orders ( 5-7 days lead time)
Same Day Delivery
Orders made before 3 pm can still be picked up on the same day up to 4 pm. Orders made past 3 pm will be processed the following day.
Warehouse Pick Up
We are located at One Corporate Central 578 Boni Ave cor San Roque Mandaluyong.
Your order can be picked up anytime from Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm (Excluding Holidays).
Order Cancellation
If order is not paid for within 48 hours, it will be immediately cancelled and will be put back on the site for purchase.
Returns & Warranty Policies
Return Policy
If an item does not fit or is damaged, the customer can return the item 2 days after receiving it and Nirvana will provide store credits in exchange. If the customer goes beyond the allotted time, all sales will be considered final and cannot be returned.
Items on sale are considered final, non-returnable, and non-exchangable.

Mode of Payment
We accept GCash, bank deposit via BDO, BPI, UnionBank and Metrobank.
Proof of payment must be sent to hello@nirvanacollective.co for us to validate your purchase.
Products, Fit, & Care
Fit
For brands whose sizes are standard, we indicate the size on the label. For brands that do not follow a standardized sizing or have no sizing label, we provide the essential measurements in the description.
Item Condition
We make sure to sort and sift through the items to see any signs of wear and tear. Pieces that don’t make it to the Nirvana standard are not listed online. In any case that there are minor flaws present, we note them and let you know in the item description.
